Brief Description
FSB and FSB-D fluoroplastic alloys possess exceptional corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, non-aging properties, and are non-toxic and do not decompose. They can transport acids, alkalis, oxidants, and other corrosive media of any concentration, making them widely applicable in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, metallurgical, dye, papermaking, electroplating, and food industries.
Product Features
The FSB type fluoroplastic alloy pump consists of a pump body, impeller, cover, seals, bracket, pump shaft, shaft sleeve, tightening bolts, nuts, and base plate.
1. Pump Body: Made of molded plastic composite material with a steel flange ring embedded on each side of the connection.
2. Cover: The right side has an embedded stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) molded plastic alloy.
3. Impeller: Uses a shaft-connected method. The metal shaft is precisely machined steel externally coated with molded plastic composite material, firmly bonding the impeller and metal shaft. This ensures the shaft root and the rear of the impeller withstand the torque during rotation, with only the plastic alloy in contact with the medium.
4. Mechanical Seal: Uses WB2 and ST type adjustable end face seal technology without cooling water, made from silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled PTFE, and graphite.
Product Applications
This product is widely used in: acid pickling and spray painting processes in automobile manufacturing; electrolyte transport in non-ferrous metal smelting; fluorinated water in ion membrane caustic soda projects; and acidification processes in wastewater treatment.
