Details
The FY series submersible pump eliminates the mechanical seal commonly used in other submersible pumps and is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and metallurgical industries.
Product Features
1. The pump is a vertical submersible pump with a beautiful appearance. It is directly installed on the storage tank of the medium being transported, without additional floor space, thereby reducing infrastructure investment.
2. The mechanical seal is eliminated, solving the trouble of frequent maintenance due to the easy wear of the mechanical seal in other submersible pumps, saving the running cost of the pump and improving work efficiency.
3. Centrifugal impellers are used for transporting clean media without solid particles, with low vibration and noise, and high efficiency; open impellers are used for transporting unclean liquids containing solid particles and short fibers, with stable operation and no blockage.
Operating Conditions
1. The temperature of the medium being transported is -20-140℃.
2. For pumps made of cast iron, the pH value of the medium is in the range of 5-9.
3. For pumps using open impellers, the diameter of solid particles contained in the liquid being transported should not exceed 30% of the pump suction port diameter.
