Brief Description
The IHF pump is a single-stage, single-suction fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal chemical pump. It is designed according to standards and incorporates the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. This pump boasts advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, non-aging properties, high mechanical strength, a wide operating temperature range (-85℃ to 200℃), and more.
Product Features
The IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump's pump body material uses a metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene-propylene (F46). The impeller and pump cover both use metal inserts externally wrapped in fluoroplastic, formed by overall sintering and pressing. The shaft seal uses an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal. The stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, and the dynamic ring uses a tetrafluoroethylene-filled material or silicon carbide. Its features include an advanced and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, and a long service life.

This pump is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgical, power, electroplating, pickling, pesticide, and papermaking industries for liquid transportation, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes. This pump can transport strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, and strong oxidants of any concentration.
