Product Overview
The IH type chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump. Its marked rated performance point and dimensions are equivalent to the standard ISO2858-1975 (E). It is suitable for transporting corrosive media with temperatures between -20℃ and 105℃, or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water, in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, power plant, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Product Features
The IH series chemical pumps are single-stage, single-suction chemical centrifugal pumps. This product complies with GB5662-85, ISO2858, and GB/T5656-94 standards.
The IH series chemical pumps are horizontally radial split, with a rear-opening structure. Maintenance does not require disassembly of the pipelines.
The pump features axial suction and radial discharge, with a foot-mounted support. The pump is connected to the prime mover using an extended coupling.
The pump bearings use clean No. 22 mechanical lubricating oil. Before operation, lubricating oil should be added to the suspension to approximately 2mm above the center line of the oil level gauge.
The large diameter impeller uses packing seal and auxiliary impeller seal (dynamic seal).
Product Applications
Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power plant, metallurgical, food, and pharmaceutical industries to transport media without suspended particles and that are non-corrosive or must not be contaminated.

Pump rotation direction: Clockwise when viewed from the motor side.
The shaft power in the performance table is calculated based on a medium specific gravity of 1G/cm³ and a viscosity of 1mm²/s.
Motor Matching Principle: If the specific gravity ≤1.0, use a motor rated for 1.0; if 1
