  • Product Overview

    The ISW type horizontal centrifugal pump is an energy-saving product designed by combining the structure of the IS type centrifugal pump and the ISG vertical pump, and strictly manufactured in accordance with standards ISO2858 and JB/T53058-93 for pipeline centrifugal pumps. Different pumps, such as hot water pumps, high-temperature pumps, chemical pumps, and oil pumps, are derived from the ISW type based on different operating temperatures and media.

    Product Applications

    1. The ISW type pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T: ≤80℃.

    2. The ISWR (WRG) type hot water (high-temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting and circulation for urban heating systems. ISWR operating temperature T: ≤120℃, WRG operating temperature T: ≤240℃.

    3. The ISWH type horizontal chemical pump is used for transporting liquids without solid particles, with corrosiveness, and viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature T: -20℃-120℃.

    4. The ISWB type horizontal oil pump is used for transporting petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. Operating temperature T: -20℃-120℃.

    Operating Conditions

    1. Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system operating pressure ≤1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa, pump hydrostatic test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system operating pressure when ordering. If the pump system operating pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, please specify it separately when ordering, so that the pump's flow components and connection parts can use cast steel material during manufacturing.

    2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.

    3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.

    Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that a wear-resistant mechanical seal can be used.
