Product Overview
The ZX series self-priming pump features a compact structure, convenient operation, stable running, easy maintenance, and strong self-priming capabilities. No low-level valve needs to be installed in the pipeline; before operation, only a certain amount of liquid needs to be retained in the pump body. This simplifies the pipeline system and improves working conditions. Materials include cast iron, stainless steel, engineering plastics, and fluoroplastics.
Product Applications
1. Suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dyeing and printing, brewing, power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, oil tanker unloading, etc.
2. Suitable for fresh water, seawater, and chemical media liquids with acids and alkalis, and slurries with general paste-like consistency (viscosity ≤100 centipoise, solid content ≤30%).
3. When equipped with a rocker arm nozzle, water can be sprayed into the air and scattered into fine droplets for spraying, making it an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea plantations.
4. It can be used with any model and specification of filter press as an ideal matching pump for sending slurry to the filter press for pressure filtration.
