Pump Shaft: Connects the impeller to the motor shaft, transmitting the torque output by the motor to the impeller, ensuring that the impeller rotates stably and at high speed within the pump body.
Volute: Surrounds the impeller, collecting the liquid ejected from the impeller, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy, and guiding the liquid to smoothly flow out of the water pump.
Pump Casing: The outer shell of the water pump, used to fix and protect the internal key components such as the impeller and shaft, and together with the volute, forms the flow path for the liquid.
3. Sealing and Support Components
Mechanical Seal: Located at the junction between the pump shaft and the pump body, it prevents liquid leakage. Common seals include O-rings and gaskets.
Bearing: Supports the rotation of the shaft, reduces friction between the shaft and the pump body, reduces energy loss, and ensures the stable operation of the pump.
Sleeve: A cylindrical component fitted on the shaft, replacing the pump shaft to withstand daily wear and tear, making it easy to replace and relatively low in cost.
4. Other Auxiliary Components
Flange: A raised disc that connects components, fastened with screws, used to connect pipes or the pump body to other equipment.
Valve: A component that controls the flow direction of liquid, available in manual and automatic types.
Filter: Used to clean impurities from the liquid, protecting the internal components of the pump from damage.
