Pump Shaft: Connects the impeller and motor shaft, transferring the torque output by the motor to the impeller, ensuring that the impeller rotates stably at high speed within the pump body.
Volute: Surrounding the impeller, it collects the liquid thrown out from the impeller, converts kinetic energy into pressure energy, and guides the liquid to smoothly flow out of the water pump.
Pump Casing: The outer shell of the water pump, used to fix and protect the internal key components such as the impeller and shaft, and together with the volute, forms the liquid flow channel.
3. Sealing and Support Components
Mechanical Seal: Located at the junction between the pump shaft and the pump body, it prevents liquid leakage. Common seals include O-rings and gaskets.
Bearings: Support the rotation of the shaft, reduce friction between the shaft and the pump body, reduce energy loss, and ensure the stable operation of the pump.
Shaft Sleeve: A cylindrical component fitted on the shaft, replacing the pump shaft to withstand daily frictional damage, making it easy to replace and relatively inexpensive.
4. Other Auxiliary Components
Flange: A raised disc that connects components, fastened with screws, used to connect pipes or the pump body to other equipment.
Valve: A component that controls the direction of liquid flow, available in manual and automatic types.
Filter: Used to clean impurities from the liquid, protecting the internal components of the pump from damage.
