ISGB type splittable pipeline centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with ISO2858 and GB/T53058-93 standards for pipeline centrifugal pumps.
Product Features
It adopts an independent bearing body and pump shaft support, solving the shortcomings of the original vertical pump relying on the motor bearing for support; the motor uses a standard universal motor, solving the problem of difficult replacement of long-shaft motors in the original vertical pump; at the same time, the splittable structure solves the problem of replacing bearings, mechanical seals, impellers, and pump shafts of high-power water pumps.
This pump features smoother operation, longer service life, more convenient matching, and easier maintenance and upkeep, making it a replacement product for various conventional centrifugal pumps such as ISG type vertical pumps, IS type centrifugal pumps, and S type double-suction pumps.

ISGB type splittable pipeline centrifugal pumps: mainly used for industrial and high-rise building water supply, fire pipeline pressure boosting, HVAC hot and cold water circulation, water transmission, and process circulation pressure boosting and transmission.
IGHB type splittable single-stage chemical pump: suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, hotels, bathrooms, hotels, etc., boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting and circulation transmission, and urban heating system heating pumps.

Operating Conditions
Liquid temperature: -15℃-120℃.
Operating pressure: Operating pressure ≤1.6Mpa, i.e., system pressure = inlet pressure + pump operating pressure ≤1.6Mpa; ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, relative humidity does not exceed 95%; suction and discharge liquid is clear water or liquid similar to clear water, the volume of insoluble solids does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the fineness ≤0.2mm.
