Product Overview
ISG type pipeline centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured according to the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps and pipeline pumps, with reference to ISO2858 and pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93. Different types are derived from the ISG type based on different operating temperatures and media, such as hot water pumps, high-temperature pumps, chemical pumps, and oil pumps.

ISG type pipeline centrifugal pumps (and derived types including IRG type pipeline hot water pumps, IHG type vertical chemical pumps).
ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps, due to the direct connection between the motor and the pump, simplify the intermediate transmission structure and enhance the stability of operation. The shaft seal uses a hard alloy mechanical seal. The leak-free pump adopts a pipeline structure, and the pump inlet and outlet can be installed in any position and direction of the pipeline like a valve. Compared with ordinary horizontal pumps, the floor space is reduced by 30%.
Product Applications
1. ISG type pipeline centrifugal pumps are used for transporting clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressure boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T: ≤80℃.
2. IRG (GRG) type hot water (high-temperature) circulation pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps. IRG operating temperature T: ≤120℃, GRG operating temperature T: ≤240℃.
3. IHG type pipeline chemical pumps are used for transporting liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature T: -20℃-120℃.
4. YG type pipeline oil pumps are used for transporting gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and other petroleum products. Operating temperature T: -20℃-120℃.
Operating Conditions
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system operating pressure ≤1.6Mpa, i.e., pump suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa. Pump hydrostatic test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system operating pressure when ordering. If the pump system operating pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, please specify it when ordering so that the pump's flow parts and connecting parts can be made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that a wear-resistant mechanical seal can be used.
